Return & Exchange

We hope you love your item, however, if you do wish to exchange it we are happy to offer a return for exchange or shop credit service.

Requests for exchange or shop credit must be accompanied by proof of purchase and need to be made in person or by email within 7 days of receipt of goods. Shop credit does not expire.

Proof of purchase can include receipt, the emailed receipt, bank account excerpt, or specifics on date of purchase.  niconeco zakkaya reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return without adequate proof of purchase.

Exchange items must be in as new condition and suitable for resale.

Any postage costs applicable on change of mind exchanges is at the expense of the customer. Shipping costs and custom duties (where applicable) are non-refundable in the case of return for exchange, and return shipping costs are at customer cost.

All sales of pens, pen inks, discounted items, seasonal items such as calendars and planners, as well as gift certificates, are final; they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Furthermore, accessories and fashion merchandise, including tote bags, socks, scrunchies and bags, are also sold as final sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation request with Paypal checkout: Kindly be aware that when an order is canceled and you have used PayPal as the payment method, the transaction fee (4%) imposed by PayPal is non-refundable. As a result, we will deduct this fee from the total amount of your refund.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

niconeco zakkaya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, niconeco zakkaya will confirm the delivery to the address provided, tracking information, date of delivery and the carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

Cancellation Request

Cancellation request can only be accepted with the first 24 hours after you place your order.  

 

Refunds

We can refund items if they are defective, or the incorrect item has been sent in error. 


In these cases please contact us within 7 days with details of the problem.
We will then ask for the item to be returned via a trackable postage service.
Once the damage or error is confirmed we can refund you for the item plus all shipping costs.

We will refund you via your original method of payment or if you prefer can provide shop credit that does not expire.  

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

・Custom or personalized orders

・Discounted items

・Pre-order items

I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information

・To communicate with you about your order
・To fulfill your order
・To administer a contest, special promotion, survey, activity or other shop feature
・For legal reasons (tax claims)

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
