Job Title: Sales Associate / Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, creative team member to join us in a hybrid role that blends retail and marketing. You’ll assist customers on the shop floor, help with restocking and merchandising, and provide support to our marketing manager.


Responsibilities

In the Shop:

  • Greet and assist customers with warmth and care

  • Operate the POS system and handle purchases

  • Restock, tidy displays, and pack online orders

  • Learn and share product knowledge

Marketing Support:

  • Assist with planning social media content, events, and pop-ups
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments from the shop and café
  • Help edit photos and videos for digital use

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, dependable, and organized

  • Great communication and writing skills

  • Comfortable in a small team and customer-facing setting

  • Interest in design, stationery, or café culture

  • Experience with Instagram, Shopify, or POS systems is a plus

  • Experienced with photo and video editing
